Special consultation "Environmental Dentistry"

The environmental dentistry consultation goes far beyond the usual routine dental check-up. The focus is on an initial detailed consultation (anamnesis) with you. During this initial consultation, we will also discuss your overall health situation in detail.

We therefore usually take at least 1 hour for this. Together we will look for factors that can cause inflammatory processes through long-term toxicological exposure or chronic immune activation.

Please bring all available previous findings with you and ask your dentist to provide you with your x-rays, provided they are not older than two years.

In many cases, additional immunological, genetic or toxicological laboratory tests reveal further correlations. The individual pieces of the puzzle must be put together to form a whole with a great deal of environmental dentistry know-how and in cooperation with your general practitioner.

When the laboratory results are available after about two weeks, a second consultation takes place in which we discuss the further procedure together or make a treatment recommendation for your referring doctor or dentist.
