Longevity is the current trend. We want to live longer and grow old healthily. This includes a balanced diet, plenty of exercise, avoiding stress, a targeted intake of nutritional supplements and therefore a healthy lifestyle. Biohacking is similar: it is also about optimizing your own body and mind. The individually determined, targeted intake of vital substances is intended to optimize the metabolism and thus the body and induce it to perform better.<\/p>

This is in contrast to the increasingly widespread chronic or silent inflammation. This \"silent inflammation\" is what makes such methods necessary in the first place. Among other things, it impairs the immune system's self-healing powers, which is why such chronic, silent inflammation should be eliminated in advance.<\/p>

Treating each person individually in the best possible way - this vision is getting closer. Personalized medicine records the biological and lifestyle factors of the individual and uses these to derive the path to tailor-made therapies. Personalized medicine takes particular account of the different conditions and needs of individual patients. For example, one medication may have a different effect on different patients.<\/p>

Of course, dentistry is always individual; every patient receives their own individual dental filling, for example. The materials used are of course all tested and biologically safe...but not for every patient!<\/p>

So it may well be that a plastic or a metal does not cause any problems for most patients... but does cause stress for some.<\/p>
